ConNO ON MEASURE 91- When under the influence of marijuana, there is no way to discern how much marijuana has been consumed. If a parent smokes marijuana the child could get a contact high without comprehending it. Many more people will be driving and working under the influence. If marijuana became legal, then companies will not be able to test employees for marijuana. Unlabeled edibles could easily be accessed by children. It is possible that Black Market sales could increase.
